Help with Intuition
One line a day on your phone, and a fuller practice on the web. If something is broken or unclear, write to us — a person reads it, usually within a couple of days.
hello@theintuition.appWhen does the line change?
At midnight UTC — everyone on Earth turns the same card at the same moment, which is why the app, the widget, and the website always agree. The reminder arrives separately, at 9am in your own timezone.
How do I add the widget?
Long-press an empty spot on your home screen, tap the + in the corner, search for Intuition, and pick a size. There is also a walkthrough inside the app — open settings and tap add home-screen widget.
My widget is showing yesterday’s line.
The widget refreshes on iOS’s own schedule and can lag by a few minutes. Opening the app pushes the current day to it immediately. If it stays stuck, remove the widget and add it again.
Can I change what I’m sharpening?
Yes — open settings and tap what you’re sharpening. Pick any of the four grounds, or write your own line. Today’s signal and the widget re-lean as soon as you save.
How do I turn the sound off?
Tap the speaker in the top corner of the screen. The tone follows your phone’s ring/silent switch too, so flipping to silent silences it.
I’m not getting the daily reminder.
Check Settings → Notifications → Intuition on your iPhone and make sure notifications are allowed. The app schedules them locally in your own timezone; opening the app once re-queues the coming weeks.
Do I need an account?
Not for the iPhone app — it has none, and nothing you do in it leaves your phone. On the website, signing in is optional and only keeps your practice history. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything it kept. For the website, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete the account and its sessions.
